@joansrvadventures6112Год назад +4
Very nice rig. I love the new interior colors. I am going to give my honest opinion here just in case Winnebago staff are reading. I also like a smaller trailer with no slide. I have the 2013 Mini (not Micro) 19.2ft 1801fb. It is now 10 years old and still doing great. I love mine just as it is as it seems to have the best layout for max storage. My Mini is 6 inches wider than the Micros. I suggest the bathroom mirror be moved to the inside of the bathroom door. I did that with a cheap, lightweight full length mirror I velcroed on and it has never fallen off. I just open the door wide and can stand in the center of the rig to get a full view. That would give you room on the back wall behind the toilet to put some command hooks to hang baskets for toilet paper, towels, hair dryer, etc, giving you much needed storage. I would miss the big hanging wardrobe I have. I have some clothes that would get wrinkled by folding. I also suggest they offer 2 solar panels for better boondocking. I also changed my 2 20lb tanks to 2 30lb tanks for boondocking. Day/night shades would also be nice. I love organizing so I look forward to seeing what you do inside to make it your own. Happy travels and "see you on the road".

With less room what we did was get a cap for the truck. It has 2 side awning doors as well as rear. Inside I put a suspended length adjustable clothes hanging bar on both sides. Relatively inexpensive through Autozone. My wife hung her clothes on one side and mine on the other. We also put one of those plastic drawer units in there for shoes etc. So we turned our 6 foot pickup bed into our closet. The cost of the cap was around $2,700.00. Not cheap but it made life on the road much more reasonable.😊

Great new trailer. You should consider swapping the tv for a 4K monitor, you could use for editing w/o having to carry a 2nd monitor around. Interesting that Winnebago is back to using pinch rolling for laminating, they used to use a vacum bonding system that was supposed to be superior; might not be compatible with Azdel.

It would be best if the pinched laminated glued walls were put in a humidity controlled area to allow the glue to cure for 48 hours before being handled. That dry and cure time are two huge factors that they neglect. Would also like to see aluminum on the front wall and guessing the rear wall.
If Winn and it's sister companies share ideas to build better why isn't Grand Design using Azdell? Also adding better support for the tanks so the fresh water tank could be full when traveling would be a huge improvement.@johnmason-smithГод назад +1

FAQs
How many people can sleep in a Winnebago Micro Minnie? ›
Micro Minnie Weight and Length
This model has a gross vehicle weight rating of 4,200 to 6,000 pounds and can sleep three to five people comfortably, making it great for small families or groups.
The 22M and 22R are the two smallest Minnie Winnie floor plans, with them being 24.5' and 23'10" respectively.
How big is the freshwater tank on a Micro Minnie? ›Details | 2019 Micro Minnie 1700BH | 2019 Micro Minnie 2100BH |
---|---|---|
Freshwater Tank Capacity (gal.) | 31 | 31 |
Water Heater Capacity (gal.) | 6 | 6 |
Holding Tank Capacity — Black (gal.) | 25 | 25 |
Holding Tank Capacity — Gray (gal.) | 25 | 25 |
Passenger safety is key when driving an RV. Following seat belt laws is important when taking a quick nap in a moving RV. If you can sleep while sitting in an RV passenger seat, you're free to sleep. However, sleeping in an RV bed while someone is driving is not allowed.
What is the difference between a Winnebago micro minnie and minnie? ›The Micro Minnie does too, but a little roomier. There's more interior storage cabinets, more kitchen space (and adds a fully functional oven), larger full bath with separate toilet and shower space, and a slightly bigger bed.
Is it worth having an inverter in a motorhome? ›Overall, inverters are an excellent option for those who want minimal use of outlets when camping away from hookups and without using a generator. They do require some adjustment to your 120v power system, but RV inverters can be helpful.
Should an RV inverter be left on? ›Leaving the inverter on continuously will drain your RV's battery, resulting in shorter battery life. This is especially true for high-power-rated inverters used to power high-power-consuming devices. In addition, the continuous operation of the inverter generates heat, which may cause equipment overheating and damage.
Does RV inverter run all the time? ›Leaving your RV inverter on all the time will not damage it instantly. However, it is best to leave it off and only turn it on when you want to make use of its power.
What is the difference between Winnebago, Minnie, Winnie, and Spirit? ›The only difference in these two models is literally the name. The Spirit is a legacy name from when Winnebago Brands included the Itasca line of RVs. At that time Winnebago offered the Winnebago Minnie Winnie and the Itasca Spirit.
How many people does a mini Winnie sleep with? ›The Minnie Winnie 31H measures 32'9" in length and sleeps up to 8 people.
How much does a Winnebago Micro Minnie weigh? ›
Dry Weight 4,040 lbs. Hitch Weight Capacity 435 lbs. GVWR 5500 lbs.
Who makes Winnebago Micro Minnie? ›Winnebago Industries Towables Micro Minnie Travel Trailers.
How long is a micro minnie? ›With seating for as many as 7 passengers, Winnebago camper vans can also serve as a second family vehicle.
How many people does a Winnebago Travato sleep? ›The Winnebago Travato measures 21' in length and can sleep up to two people. The Travato 59K|59KL floorplan features twin beds/seating area that can be converted into one large flex bed system.
How many people can sleep in a small RV? ›Small travel trailers and B Class camper vans can sleep 2-4 people comfortably. Mid-size trailers and motorhomes are often around 4-8 people. Bigger rig like our Class A RVs easily sleep 6-10, while our biggest units sleep 12!
Can 4 people sleep in a camper van? ›Sleeping 4 people in a van comfortably is no simple feat. However our high roof van with a penthouse pop-top sleeping area makes it possible. It's like having a 2 bedroom van at bed time.
